70’s black jersey dress with ruche detailing all over, from the neck down to the waist where a separate sash drops concealing the high front split of the skirt which also has draping accentuating the curve of the waist and hips. The dress has long sleeves with tiny ruche detail on the cuff line and a tie neck with a cut out back.
